Cleaning machine is used to remove surface impurities like sand, stones, etc. After that paddle washing machine will be used for deep washing of cassava tubers. At the same time, the washing machine can also remove some peels, which decrease working load for later peeling machine and make it easier for peeling work. After cassava tubers are peeled, they need to be transferred to the crusher machine to make cassava mash. Cassava mash is put into a bag for 2-3 days' fermentation, and then use hydraulic press machine to dewater material and get cassava cake. Next step is the frying part and we use stainless steel fryer machine to complete this part. To get high quality and finer garri, vibration sieve will be furnished to separate it into diverse grain sizes and avoid the chaffs of the cassava from being present in final products.
