How is cassava flour processed?

After cassava harvesting, it needs cleaning, peeling by machine or manual work according to different capacities, and the grinding into cassava pulp, If large capacity,it also needs desanding machine to remove the sand. For traditional cassava flour processing no need because manual work can peel completely.
For cassava pulp dewatering, it needs hydraulic presser or filter press, after dewatering, the moisture will be around 45%, which can be dry directly with the cassava flour flash dryer. The flash dry can dry the wet casava flour into dry cassava flour in 1~2 seconds,Just packaging it after drying, it will be ok.
