Working principle of peeler centrifuge: Water flows to the drum of peeler centrifuge before feeding to ensure the fluidity of the feed, so that the material is evenly distributed on the inner wall of the centrifuge drum; After the material to be separated enters the centrifuge, the drum continues to rotate at a high speed, and the water is removed by the effect of centrifugal force; After dehydration is completed, scraper in the drum discharge dehydrated starch to outlet; Then the backwashing water is enabled to complete the washing of the filter to ensure the permeability of the screen. Peeler centrifuge have two forms-ordinary type and siphon type. Under normal circumstances, the siphon peeler centrifuge processing capacity is 2 times of the normal one.
