After dehydration starch content water around 38%. The machine principle is to use the vacuum pump to take away the water and air of the starch slurry. During this step, the wet starch will adhere on the filter cloth, the scraper will remove the wet starch from the vacuum dehydrator. Then the wet starch will be take to next step for drying.
