The grating machine consists of licker roller, toothed shaft, adjusting plate, frame, transmission device, and motor. When cassava tubers enter the grating machine, they will be crushed into mush or paste by the rotating blades at a high-speed rate. Besides, due to the special design on the structure of our grater, the fibers will not be separated after grating, which is more conducive for cassava mash fermentation, and can guarantee the crisp taste of the produced garri.

Cassava Presser is a machine usually used for the dehydration of garri or cassava flour. This vertical single-frame press consists of a press box, oil cylinder, press frame, pressure plate, electro-hydraulic control box, and other components. When putting the packed cassava mush into the presser, the pressure plate will move downward and squeeze the excess water out of the cassava milk, then you can get cassava cake with the moisture content less than 40%. Adopting the principle of hydraulic press, our cassava presser can quickly and efficiently realize the aim which is the separation of the cassava cake and excess water.
