Still Chose Henan Jinrui After 7 Years — Gary Production Line Order from Nigeria
Henan Jinrui announces the signing of a new order from a Nigerian buyer for a 2-ton-per-day (2t/d) gary production line.
The notable aspect of this signing lies in its timeline. The buyer made initial contact in 2019, revisited the inquiry in 2022, and formally placed the order in July 2026 — a process spanning over seven years from first message to deposit. His journey was not a straight line. He paused twice, returned twice, and finally closed the deal after our Nigeria overseas warehouse launched, bringing both freight costs and machine pricing to a level that made financial sense for his investment model.
The order covers a complete 2t/d gary production line configured as follows:
| Equipment | Function | Qty |
| Cassava Peeling Machine | Removes outer skin with minimal flesh loss | 1 |
| Grinding Machine | Reduces peeled cassava into fine mash | 1 |
| Dewatering Press | Extracts excess moisture from the mash | 2 |
| Gary Frying Drum | Roasts the dewatered mash into finished Garri | 2 |
| Rotary Vibrating Screen | Sifts the final product for uniform particle size | 1 |
Timing aligned with infrastructure. The buyer’s interest in 2019 and 2022 was genuine. However, the cost structure at that time did not support a viable business case on his end. He recognized Henan Jinrui as a dependable manufacturer but exercised disciplined judgment by waiting. When the Nigeria warehouse launched, the financial model became workable. He returned in 2026 and completed the order.
A manufacturer with restraint. Over seven years, Henan Jinrui did not pursue aggressive follow-up. Questions were answered when raised; silence was respected when it came. For a buyer making a substantial capital investment, this measured approach signaled long-term reliability over short-term sales pressure.
On-site verification before commitment. For a buyer whose primary concern was machine quality, the ability to inspect equipment in person at the Nigeria warehouse proved decisive. He examined the build, raised technical questions, and confirmed the quality independently — reducing the principal risk associated with cross-border equipment procurement.
2TPD Gary production line for Nigeria
Direct access to a manufacturing facility. Beyond the warehouse, Henan Jinrui operates a production facility in JiaoZuo, China, with over 15 years of experience supplying cassava processing equipment to African markets. The buyer was not purchasing from a trading intermediary — he was working directly with the manufacturer.
Beyond Gary equipment, Henan Jinrui also manufactures complete production lines for cassava flour, fufu, attieke, starch, and chips — available in a range of capacities to suit varying production scales.
