Fine fiber sieve is an ideal equipment for separating fine slag from starch slurry during starch processing. Work principle of fine fiber sieve:

Starch from the starch pump enters the feed end of the drum through the feed inlet. The drum consists of a bottom network skeleton and a surface network, then the roller is rotated at a constant speed under the drive of the transmission system, so that the material is going forward the screen surface of the roller. Under the rinsing effect of the spray water, small granule starch is entered into the slurry collection through the surface net. The fine slag stay on the screen surface and discharge from the slag outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of separating the fine slag.

The fine fiber sieve is made up of roller, through body, bracket, upper cover, transmission system, feeding system, back washing system and sprinkling system.

The drum is partially supported by the drum bracket and auto-centering. In the process of separation of fine slag, there is a back flushing system on the outside of the roller. The fine fiber sieve adopts the front and back washing system to ensure the permeability of the screen and the continuous operation of the equipment.
